Board and management
AMSC has a management team consisting of two professionals with broad experience in shipping and finance. The management team is governed by the board of directors consisting of three members. The board members represent a combination of expertise, capabilities, and experience from various finance, industry, and non-governmental organizations.
AMSC ASA Whistleblowing Channel
AMSC have established a whistleblowing channel where employees, vendors and other third parties can report their knowledge of, or suspicion of, unacceptable behavior or matters worthy of criticism and that are in violation with AMSC’s code of conduct.
AMSC ASA Transparency Act Report
The Norwegian Transparency Act entered into force 1 July 2022 to promote respect for basic human rights and decent working conditions and ensure access to information on how companies handles negative consequences of such. AMSC's compliance with the Act and its analysis of its supply chain is the responsibility of the CFO.
